Sales Development Representative

As an SDR, you set the stage for the entire sales lifecycle. You will help build strong, lasting relationships as the first point of contact for our future customers. Armed with a suite of the best SaaS tools, you will proactively engage with new prospects - sparking interest, uncovering pain, and qualifying if Pickle is a fit for their business.

This role will be located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are open to occasional remote work, but work will primarily be done from the Utah office.


What you’ll do:

  • Prospect for, generate, and qualify leads to create sales opportunities
  • Make outbound calls and send emails daily
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and deals closed
  • Enter and maintain data in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve and document processes
  • Contribute feedback to all areas of the organization to foster continued growth (marketing, customer success, product, development, etc.)
